spicy garlic edamame

spicy garlic edamame
what you need:
10 oz bag of edamame
chopped garlic (however much you like, i used 5 cloves!)
3 to 4 tbsp shoyu (soy sauce)
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp mirin
3 tbsp chili sauce (i used sriracha)
1 tbsp oil
1. boil your edamame for about 3 minutes in salted water
2. mix shoyu, oyster sauce, mirin and chili sauce
3. put oil in a pot with garlic and cook for about a minute
4. throw your cooked edamame and sauce in pot
5. cook for about a minute
this is one of my favorite bar foods. it’s a nice alternative to all the oily food they usually serve. you can adjust the recipe to fit your taste, if you like it less spicy or with more garlic.
